Overview

A digital extension of the Beli brand: how the storytelling, craft provenance and product universe translate into an editorial e-commerce platform.

Context

Most heritage-brand websites lean either too transactional or too 'museum'. Beli's digital layer needed both: shoppable, but with the textile and the maker visible at every step.

Editorial-first commerceMaker visibility per productDPP-ready product surface

Approach

  1. 01

Wrote the platform brief: sitemap, content pillars, journey from editorial to PDP to checkout.

  2. 02

Defined an art-direction system for product photography and craft documentation.

  3. 03

Specified a Digital Product Passport surface per item — material, maker, origin, care.

  4. 04

Outlined the launch content calendar tied to seasonal drops.

Outcome

A full platform brief — sitemap, content pillars, the editorial-to-checkout journey, and a Digital Product Passport surface per product.
